Musk may still have a chance to thwart OpenAI’s for-profit conversion
Musk’s suit against OpenAI accuses them of abandoning their nonprofit mission to ensure their AI research benefits all humanity.
Musk had sought a preliminary injunction to halt OpenAI’s transition to a for-profit.
Judge Rogers said that the Court is prepared to offer an expedited trial in the fall of 2025 to resolve the corporate restructuring disputes.

The book also criticizes the company's internal culture under Zuckerberg, such as misogyny and double standards.

Robot waiters plug labor gaps in Japan
Service-sector businesses in Japan are increasingly investing in robots and can work alongside people, instead of simply replacing them.
So-called service robots are also making it easier for firms to employ older or foreign workers who are crucial to plugging the shortfall.
These service robots also help them overcome language barriers or cope with the physical demands of a role.
